Welcome

Welcome to Styracosaurus.org our website about a herbivore (plant-eating) dinosaur known for having a beak, a spike on its snout, and four or more spikes around a bony neck frill.

Styracosaurus was a herbivore (plant-eating) dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period, between approximately 76 and 70 million years ago. It has been estimated that Styracosaurus was sized about 18 feet (5.5 meters) long, and could have weighed 2.7 tons.

The best known feature of Styracosaurus is the neck frill with its spikes. You should also look out for the spike on its snout, the toothless beck, and the powerful body and shoulders.
